The Backhouse Kaiseki Social
The Backhouse hosted a Kaiseki Social at Kaizen & Coffee, offering an intimate five-course tasting experience inspired by Chef JU-I’s approach to food. Using sushi as a foundation, the menu layered refined, thoughtful flavors without overpowering the ingredients’ natural character.
Two limited seatings were offered for the $188 tasting experience.
