The Backhouse Nigiri and Sashimi Workshop
The Backhouse returned to Kaizen & Coffee for a hands-on nigiri and sashimi workshop with Chef JU-I. Guests explored foundational sushi techniques in an intimate setting while enjoying a complete multi-course experience.
The workshop included a small appetizer, six pieces of sashimi, ten pieces of premium nigiri, and dessert.
